Matthew William Marks

Matthew was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026, after obtaining his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School (2025). He is a recipient of the Caleb J. Hayhoe Prize, awarded to the member of Osgoode’s graduating class with the highest standing in International Business Transactions. Matthew was a caseworker at Osgoode’s Venture Capital Clinic and has worked as a research assistant with a focus on commercial law and secured transactions. Matthew’s practice focuses primarily on commercial law, business law, wills & estates, and real estate.
